FOR LATE NIGHT AND GRAVEYARD SHIFTS ONLY.

The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through effective upselling and merchandising. This role offers an engaging environment where communication skills and retail expertise are essential to enhance the shopping experience and support store operations.

THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN FOR APPLICANTS WILLING TO WORK LATE NIGHT AND GRAVEYARD SHIFTS.

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with phone etiquette for customer inquiries and order processing Supervise or assist in supervising team members when applicable, ensuring smooth store operations Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or similar environments Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math skills (Lightspeed experience preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising techniques preferred Knowledge of cashiering, stock management, and customer service best practices Supervising experience is advantageous but not required Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members
