OVERVIEW
The Lobby Ambassador creates memorable guest experiences through exemplary service and dedication. From welcoming members and guests into the Club, assisting guests during check-in to checkout, and everything in between, this role caters to our member and guest needs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests Escort guests to their room; explain the heat/air thermostat and TV functions; offer to fill ice bucket, store clothing, and bring out luggage rack; offer to empty and hang garment bags into closet Pick up and deliver guest luggage to guestrooms as requested; assist with luggage storage as requested Ensure that the reception area and Lobby are maintained in a clean, organized manner Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner Maintain expert knowledge in all areas of the Club and the city to best assist guest inquires and needs Assist and relieve security officer for breaks and lunches Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A minimum of one (1) year successful customer service experience High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset Your next great opportunity starts here—join us!
