LA Fitness seattle Aurora is seeking a Membership Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our club and support our members' fitness journeys. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in fitness, sales, and leadership. What You'll Do Welcome guests and prospective members Conduct club tours and present membership options Follow up with leads, appointments, and referrals Build relationships within the local community Participate in club marketing and promotional events Help prospective members find the membership option that best fits their goals Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional club environment Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, or marketing experience is a plus but not required Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Shifts scheduled between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM Evening and weekend availability required

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
