A Little Bit About Us:
We opened our first shop where we currently reside in Mid 2024 and are in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for a front-of-house professional to be the "voice" of our business and the engine that keeps our daily operations running smoothly. We adapt to the changes the business takes us on. This is not a typical "sit and wait for the phone to ring" receptionist role. We need a proactive, detail-oriented go-getter who loves talking to people, closing sales, keeping systems organized, following outlined procedures, and solving problems independently.

Hourly Pay:
$20-$24/hour based on experience
Quarterly Performance Bonuses:

7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday (5 days/week) Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable in this role What You'd Do in
This Role:
Sales & Customer Experience (Primary Focus) You're the first voice customers hear. Convert leads into bookings, upsell services, and create exceptional experiences. Operations & Administration Own the daily schedule and keep our systems running flawlessly. Manage the calendar and maintain optimal capacity (not booked beyond 2 weeks) Handle customer check-ins/check-outs and process all payments Execute end-of-day procedures and conduct initial hiring vetting calls Problem Solving & Coordination Handle customer issues and operational challenges before they escalate. Resolve complaints professionally and coordinate with service leads on quality issues Exhaust independent solutions before consulting ownership - we need problem-solvers, not problem-reporters Support inventory management and equipment upkeep (shared with lead roles) You're Probably a
