The Plant Farm is looking for customer-service-minded sales associates to join our team! If you enjoy an active, outdoor-oriented work environment and have a passion for plants and people, we'd love to hear from you. Our team works together to create a welcoming shopping experience for customers while maintaining plant and product quality throughout the year. Job Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries Stock, organize, and maintain the retail store and outdoor plant areas Pull and prepare products for customers Create attractive product displays and arrangements Maintain plant health and storefront cleanliness Assist with planting and general garden center upkeep Watering plants Operate as a cashier (training provided) Job Requirements 18 years or older Able to work a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week Available to work Monday-Saturday, 9:35 AM-6:05 PM, with one rotating weekday off each week Available to work Saturdays Non-tobacco users only (due to Tobacco Mosaic Virus contamination risks) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
