POSITION

We're looking for an enthusiastic person with customer service experience who loves to build connections with people and be a part of a fun community! The main focus of the Sales Associate is to represent Club Pilates to potential clients, bring new prospects/members in the door, and close sales (including memberships and retail merchandise). Along with bringing in new prospects/members, the Sales Associate also focuses on retaining current members by providing stellar customer service. Pilates/fitness knowledge or background is preferred, strong sales background is ideal.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals Must have excellent public speaking skills Must have proficient computer skills Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Assist with providing customer service and retention of current members Assist in marketing activities, including identifying businesses to connect with and local events to participate in (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club, and helping monitor the social media accounts Maintain cleanliness of the entire studio, including equipment and bathroom, and keeping items stocked Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS

$17.25/hour Commission paid on sales

Part-time:

15 - 20 hours per week, with flexibility for additional or fewer hours Evenings and Weekends Required Year-round, permanent position Opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales, management, or instructor positions Must be 18 years of age or older
