Requirement:

All employees must have a current and unexpired Food Handlers Permit as required by WA State Department of Health or obtain one upon hiring. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently Strong team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships with your team and our customers Outstanding customer service orientation, sense of urgency and a high-level of personal integrity Highly attentive to details Prepare poke bowls, desserts, and sandwiches for in-store, catering, and wholesale Prep necessary food ingredients Keeping the place looking fantastic and clean

Additional Lead Duties:

Leading and training team members Opening and closing responsibilities Direct communication and feedback with management Inventory management Prepping back of house and cutting fish Other duties as required We'll teach you the rest.
