Retail Customer Experience Associate

Elevate is currently hiring Retail Customer Experience Associates to support our client's in-store marketing and customer acquisition campaigns in the area. This is a full-time W-2 position that includes paid hourly training, followed by an hourly base pay structure with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses based on individual results. Our team works inside retail partner locations helping customers learn about new products, services, and promotional offers while providing a positive and informative customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Engage with customers inside a retail store environment Educate customers on current promotions, services, and product options Answer questions and guide customers through enrollment or service setup Use provided sales scripts and product training to communicate value clearly Represent client brands in a professional, customer-focused manner Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records Work toward individual and team performance goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work retail hours, including weekends Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or brand representation can be helpful but is not required. Paid training is provided.
