Position Overview:
We're looking for motivated customer focused individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Associates. This entry level role emphasizes customer service, sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. On the job training and clear advancement paths are provided based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products and services. Promote products, services and active specials to drive sales. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain product knowledge and ongoing promotions. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Help create and maintain a welcoming store environment.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer oriented and goal driven. Able to work a flexible schedule. Including weekends and some holidays. No previous experience required, retail, sales and customer service experience is a plus.
