We are seeking someone with a heart to serve brides and their families with patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. At Beyond Le Veils Bridal, finding a wedding dress is more than a shopping appointment — it is a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Our goal is to help each bride feel seen, heard, beautiful, and confident as she finds the gown that fulfills her vision for her perfect wedding day. This position is ideal for someone who loves bridal fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers, and can bring warmth, encouragement, and excellence to every appointment. Responsibilities Welcome brides and their guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Assist brides during appointments as they try on gowns, veils, and accessories Listen carefully to each bride's style, budget, vision, and wedding needs Provide helpful styling guidance while making each bride feel comfortable and celebrated Assist with veils, accessories, formalwear, and special occasion gowns Help keep the boutique clean, beautiful, organized, and appointment-ready Steam, hang, tag, and organize gowns as needed Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients Assist with sales transactions using our POS system Support inventory, merchandising, and daily boutique operations Work as part of a team that values service, excellence, kindness, and integrity Qualifications Previous bridal, fashion, boutique, retail, styling, or customer service experience preferred Must be joyful, dependable, self-motivated, and professional Must have a heart to serve brides and create a positive, uplifting experience Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly personality Comfortable assisting brides with gowns in fitting rooms Able to multitask while staying calm, kind, and detail-oriented POS/cashiering experience is helpful Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required Must be reliable and willing to help wherever needed Schedule Part-time position Weekends are mandatory Plus 2-3 weekdays per week Must have flexibility during bridal season and special events About Beyond Le Veils Bridal Beyond Le Veils Bridal is a full-service bridal boutique in Vancouver, WA, where dreams and visions become reality.
