Retail Sales & Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary Located in downtown Woodinville, Blueberry Beads is a specialty craft store focusing on Polymer Clay, Beads and Jewelry. We are looking for a sales associate who can shift between helping customers on the floor of our retail storefront, and packing orders for our online store distribution. We look forward to welcoming a new member to our creative crew. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, order fulfillment, cash handling, and receipts Restocking in both the store and warehouse (same building), helping to maintain accurate inventory levels Support order fulfillment by preparing online orders for pickup or delivery promptly and accurately. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment Experience 1-2 years previous retail sales or online order fulfillment experience. Beading and/or polymer clay - or general crafting knowledge - strongly preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer first outlook Ability to switch focus between tasks as needed (e.g. moving from packing orders in the warehouse to helping customers in the store) and return to priority tasks
