Job Description
Ace Hardware is adding a shift manager in Baraboo! The ideal candidate is available to work closing shifts until 7pm and every other weekend Must be comfortable driving a forklift and running a cash register A background check is required and you must be a minimum of 18 years old We're associate owned; with profit sharing!
Responsibilities:
Drives store sales Provide excellent customer service Assist in managing total store operations Assure front end is providing customers with quick friendly service Build and fill displays Assist in keeping backroom neat and up to best practice standards Assist in handling all associate & customer issues Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by all Associates. Opening and Closing the store Cash handling Other duties as assignedKey Attributes:
