Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service Greet customers as they enter the facility Inform customers of promotions available to them Provide information to customers about the company's product and services Assist customers in selecting the products and services to best meet their needs Manage customer information using a computer database system Address customers' questions and concerns both in person and via phone or email Place orders using a computer database system Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents Count and stock merchandise Pick parts, put orders together, and pack them so that they are prepared for shipping

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work well as part of a team Customer service experience (minimum of one year) Good verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency Attention to detail A willingness to learn Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
