Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our retail management team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations. Duties Oversee daily operations, including sales activities, inventory management, and customer service standards Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback Handle store merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales potential Cash handling transactions Monitor inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal store presentation Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in retail or customer service environments with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in retail math and cash handling procedures Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities Ability to handle negotiations with consumers when necessary Familiarity with retail sales strategies, including marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Multilingual or bilingual skills that facilitate effective communication with diverse customer bases A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration Join us as a Team Leader, where your leadership will energize our team and elevate the shopping experience for our customers.
