As a pivotal part of our management team, you will oversee daily store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain smooth operational flow during your shift. Your leadership will inspire team members, optimize sales, and uphold company standards, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Duties Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively during your shift Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly with a focus on satisfaction Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control procedures Manage cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks accurately Coordinate employee orientation, training & development initiatives to enhance team performance Conduct interviewing and recruiting efforts to build a strong, capable team aligned with company standards Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize retail sales and profitability Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency in managing POS systems, inventory control, and retail math calculations Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in employee orientation, training & development, and team supervision Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing principles within retail settings Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform bookkeeping or payroll duties as needed Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective phone etiquette and organizational abilities Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail or grocery stores is preferred Join us as a Shift Manager to lead with energy, foster teamwork, and drive store success!
