Responsibilities and Duties Must pass drug test and have satisfactory criminal and DMV screening Must have or eligible to get a Sales License for WI We are looking for ambitious, motivated, & enthusiastic customer service professionals! You must be reliable, committed to the sales process, and have a positive attitude. You must learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of the product that you sell. You must attend Sales training to keep current with product and process changes. You must learn company policies and maintain compliance throughout all processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail sales and customer service Strong communication skills Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management Experience in outbound sales and upselling techniques Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus Strong organizational skills and proficiency in retail math

Compensation:

You will start with a training pay salary of $2400. per month. After completing training period, you will transition to a base salary plus commission structure offering increased earning potential based on performance!
