The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining the store's overall presentation. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash register transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks. Upsell products by promoting special offers or complementary items to enhance the customer experience. Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining stock levels and store presentation. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
