This position requires daily travel to our Pewaukee office. Launch Your Sales Career GLO Wisconsin is looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to develop practical sales and business skills. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll help introduce customers to products and services, generate new business opportunities, and contribute directly to campaign growth. What You'll Be Doing Speak with prospective customers about available products and services Generate interest through informative and engaging conversations Qualify customer needs and identify suitable solutions Guide customers through enrollment or purchasing processes Achieve daily and weekly sales objectives Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about campaign updates Record customer information accurately and professionally Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment Who We're Looking For We are interested in individuals who are: Competitive and motivated by achieving goals Comfortable working in customer-facing environments Strong communicators with excellent listening skills Professional, dependable, and coachable Eager to learn sales, business, and leadership skills Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided.
