Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate

Overview We are looking for a friendly, motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our home décor and gift store in Minocqua, WI for the seasonal period of May through September , with the potential to transition to a year-round role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, loves home decor, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and personalized recommendations Help customers select decor for their homes and gifts for others Maintain store appearance, organization, and cleanliness Restock shelves and merchandise as needed Assist with merchandising and seasonal display updates Handle cash register transactions and assist with opening/closing duties as needed Support the team and store owners in creating a positive, welcoming environment Qualifications Retail or customer service experience required Interest in home decor, gifts, or interior design; experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to safely climb ladders/stairs, unload pallets, and lift/move merchandise and boxes (up to 50 lbs.)
