Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Demonstrate product features through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and interest Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products Conduct regular stock checks, organize inventory, and assist with stocking shelves to keep the store inviting Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Support store operations by supervising team members during shifts when needed, ensuring smooth daily functions Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and standing for extended periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Knowledge of grocery store operations, product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising best practices Must be over 21 Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
