Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal while actively engaging with customers to meet their needs and drive sales. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and securely. Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries. Ability to upsell products effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Detail-oriented with the ability to stock merchandise accurately and maintain an organized store environment.
