Responsibilities Engage with customers through friendly, professional communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in person with patience and clarity. Assist in training and supervising the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver outstanding service. Support inventory management by conducting daily inventory Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales and cash handling procedures. Supervising experience or leadership roles within a retail setting are highly desirable. Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Knowledge of sales operations or familiarity with retail and product demos is preferred. Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Pay:
$750.00 - $1,350.00 per week
