This position is based inside a retail environment where you'll interact with customers, answer questions about Spectrum services, and assist with new account activations. Paid training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience looking to grow their careers. What You'll Do Represent Spectrum inside a retail location Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers on internet, mobile, TV, and home connectivity services Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs Complete new account activations and service enrollments Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts Reliable transportation for local travel Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Full-Time W2
