Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products they are looking for! In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure our store remains organized and inviting. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions Assist with product displays, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive store presentation Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, transactions, and receipts accurately Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, high-quality merchandise Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or retail math to handle transactions confidently Organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise or setting up displays Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach Basic familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail operations is advantageous
