Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. As a Crew Member, you will engage with customers, assist in food preparation, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service delivery. Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills: Cash handling experience, including familiarity with cash registers and POS systems. Culinary skills or experience working in a kitchen environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
