Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Thrift Store Associate in our Belington store. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the store, perform tasks as assigned by the Thrift Store Manager and ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers and donors alike. Thrift Store Associates are under the direct supervision of the Thrift Store Manager. Job Duties Open and close the store, as scheduled Operate the cash register to record sales for accurate reports Help direct thrift store volunteers Provide high-quality customer service and sales assistance Put up displays and advertising Sort, price, and organize storage of merchandise Keep the store and storage areas neat, clean and clear of obstructions Other duties as assigned by management Requirements Ability to work Monday-Friday, part-time hours, and fulfill schedule as assigned by manager Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, have the ability to lift 50 pounds and climb up stairs Customer service experience preferred Join an organization that helps the community!
