Full-Time Sales & Lending Associate Pay:

Earn $15-$18 per hour during your first 90 days. Upon successfully completing the probation period, you'll receive a $600 bonus . We believe in paying team members while they learn and grow in the role. After probation, you'll continue at your hourly rate and become eligible for unlimited commission opportunities . Team members play an important role in helping customers while gaining experience in sales, lending, merchandise evaluation, and business operations. No pawn experience is necessary. We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know. Many of our successful team members came from retail, banking, hospitality, restaurant, and customer service backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Research, inspect, and value merchandise Assist customers with sales and pawn loans Work collaboratively with customers and teammates Maintain store organization and workflow Create a welcoming, professional shopping environment Organize and merchandise products Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and team mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must pass a detailed background check 21 years of age or older 2+ years of retail, sales, banking, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus Perks Competitive starting pay $600 probation completion bonus Unlimited commission opportunities Monthly performance bonuses Medical insurance with
