Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs Engage customers with product knowledge, upselling opportunities, and personalized recommendations and the ability to cross sell effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties Process sales efficiently using retail software and perform basic math calculations for transactions and change Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to promote an inviting shopping environment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Join us as a Sales Associate and become part of a team committed to delivering outstanding service while building your career in retail sales!
