Subaru of Morgantown, WV is currently seeking knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants with proven industry experience to join our professional team. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across our full inventory Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions Perform product presentation with customers and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles Build lasting customer relationships through integrity and follow-through Product delivery - Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork Achieve individual and team sales goals while upholding dealership standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction Must have at least three years of driving experience Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
