Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our establishment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling processes, including operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately. Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed. Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting purposes to support inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a clean, organized workspace. Support dealership activities by assisting with vehicle displays and customer interactions as required. Perform regular stock checks to ensure product availability and assist in resolving discrepancies. Leverage multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems is highly desirable. Strong mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Familiarity with inventory control practices is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
