Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Reservation Specialist and Store Clerk, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive exceptional customer experiences and streamline store operations. In this role, you'll be the friendly face at the front desk, managing reservations, assisting customers, and supporting daily store functions. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth processes, satisfied clients, and a vibrant shopping environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales, customer service, and administrative expertise in a lively retail setting. Duties Handle reservation bookings accurately via phone, email, or in-person inquiries, ensuring all customer details are correctly entered into our system. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and guiding them through store offerings with confidence and professionalism. Manage inventory control and maintenance tasks to keep the store organized and well-stocked, including inventory management and retail math calculations. Assist with retail sales by promoting products, upselling where appropriate, and closing sales efficiently using strong communication skills. Maintain front desk operations by managing phone etiquette, data entry, and administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management and store maintenance. Skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Proven experience in retail sales, public speaking, or outside sales roles that demonstrate persuasive skills and negotiation capabilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, inventory control, and administrative tasks. Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail math to accurately track stock levels and perform calculations. Excellent phone etiquette combined with customer service expertise to create positive interactions with clients. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor; experience in front desk or reception roles is advantageous.
