Cashier/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Manage stock levels by merchandising products attractively and restocking shelves efficiently Handle cash handling duties with precision, including balancing registers at shift end Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries Support inventory management through stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers in a bilingual setting are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding new team members or managing small teams during shifts Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and product demos enhances your effectiveness in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your retail expertise.
