Key Responsibilities:

Greet every customer within 5 seconds of entering the store with a smile and positive attitude Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with every interaction Learn and apply in-depth product knowledge to assist and educate customers Open and close the store responsibly, following all procedures Accurately handle cash, operate the register, and maintain proper cash-handling protocols Manage crowds efficiently during peak hours with professionalism and control Stay on task, use time efficiently, and keep a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Practice quality control and check products in front of customers when completing sales Upsell products and encourage return visits Post engaging content on social media (Facebook & Instagram) to promote the store Show up on time and remain present until the end of each shift Use designated break and lunch periods respectfully Embrace ongoing learning and continuously improve your sales techniques Solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic, dependable, and friendly individuals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for customer service and retail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
