Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Assist customers with product demos, upselling items to enhance their shopping experience and meet sales goals Maintain merchandising standards by organizing shelves, restocking products, and ensuring attractive displays Stock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability at all times Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking inquiries Support in grocery store operations by adhering to safety protocols, managing checkout lines, and providing friendly assistance Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or leading small groups during shifts Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math is beneficial for smooth transaction handling a plus Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers confidently Experience in merchandising, stock management, and product demos will help you excel in this role Knowledge of retail store operations or familiarity with retail environments will be advantageous.
