Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to support daily store operations, deliver great customer service experiences, and assist with online order fulfillment. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Accurately process transactions using a POS system Pick, pack, and ship online orders with attention to detail Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels Provide product knowledge and helpful local recommendations Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Availability on weekends and peak retail periods Preferred (but not required) Previous retail experience or customer service experience Familiarity with POS systems Interest in University of Wyoming athletics or apparel
