Job Description
The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch is an upscale horseback riding and natural horsemanship ranch located in Shell, Wyoming nestled in the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains. The Hideout is looking for a well-qualified Guest Services professional who is outgoing, friendly and excited to work in a high-end hospitality setting. The person will have continuous contact with guests and staff and always put the guests' needs first. This is a seasonal position from about the beginning of June to the beginning of November. This position includes but is not limited to: greeting and serving guests, answering phones, managing our western shop, responding to emails, managing projects, check-in/check-out of guests, managing cross department communications and reports, organizing guests/staff/events and communicating with all departments to help provide a superior guest experience. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, is able to think for themselves and handle emergency situations calmly. Position Requirements:
Authentic, cheerful attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills (experience in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required) Office Staff must be well groomed and wear appropriate attire (business casual or Western) Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and willing to live on the ranch. Housing is provided as part of our seasonal employment package. Because of our remote location, Hideout employees are required to have their own vehicle.Duties Include:
Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and resolve issues promptly. Provide information on ranch activities, amenities, and local attractions. Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression. Resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally. Answer phones, screen calls, take messages and share messages with the correct person. Report generation and distributionPreferred Skills Include:

The Guest Services job is from the beginning of June to the end of our guest season early in November.Hours and Payment:
Employees receive a monthly paycheck with the rate being established when a job offer is made and will be based on your experience and background. Everyone works at least 6 days a week and all positions are over 40 hours per week.
