Professional Budtender/Shift Lead Shift Leads work 4 -10 hour regular non rotating schedule with 3 days off Are you a team player who enjoys a great work environment in the cannabis industry? Duties and Responsibilities:
We're looking for a reliable Shift-Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be providing exceptional customer service, managing the store, and ensuring a smooth operation from front to back from shift start to closing. Key responsibilities include working independently, handling transactions securely, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Practice and develop a safety mindset. Follow all laws, rules, compliance tasks, and policies. Leading shift to ensure all tasks and chores are completed throughout the day. Communicate with Budtenders concerning daily deals, sales, and goals. Professional and friendly customer service, ID Checks, and sales. Consulting customers based on their needs, preferences, and budgets. Educating customers about cannabis and CBD science. Processing customers' payments and other cash handling activities. Always communicate in a professional manner and help generate a calm and enjoyable environment for customers and the team. Successfully operate opening and closing store 3 days a week. Willing and showing drive to work within a team dynamic and be productive. Other duties as assigned.
