Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Stand Lead is responsible for managing the operations of an individual stand during events. This role ensures that the stand operates smoothly, staff are well-coordinated, and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned stand, ensuring efficient and effective service. Supervise stand staff, providing direction, support, and training as needed. Ensure all products are properly stocked, displayed, and maintained throughout the event. Handle cash and/or electronic transactions, ensuring accurate and secure financial management. Address any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally. Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with stand staff to ensure they are informed and prepared. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the stand, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other Stand Leads and Section Supervisor to ensure seamless operations across all stands. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and any incidents that occur during the event. Provide regular reports to Section Supervisor on stand performance and areas for improvement.
