In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing cleaning, custodial, laundry, and hospitality services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance activities across the site. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate janitorial, custodial, laundry, and housekeeping staff to maintain optimal cleanliness and hygiene standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; place orders as needed to support daily operations. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring special attention. Lead training sessions for staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Foster a positive team environment by providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to staff members. Collaborate with other departments such as management or hospitality teams to coordinate services that enhance guest experiences or operational efficiency. Skills Proven supervising experience in cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Extensive janitorial and custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices. Familiarity with laundry operations and hotel or hospitality industry standards. Demonstrated leadership in managing housekeeping or housekeeper management functions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to communicate clearly and motivate staff toward achieving operational goals.
