Today, we have 3 retail footwear stores - Wagner's RunWalk, Wagner's Shoes, as well as Wagner's Team, a screen printing and embroidery business where we outfit schools and businesses all over the state of Alabama with custom uniforms and apparel. Responsibilities Hiring, maintaining and managing a staff of 10+ sales associates Holds employees accountable to uphold legendary customer service Holds all employees accountable to hit KPIs Manages Payroll Inventory management - has an understanding of sell thru performance, markdowns, and product lifecycle Visual merchandising Assists in website management Assists Community manager in planning and executing Wagner's hosted events Assists Community Manager in community outreach events Assists in Digital Marketing Meets or exceeds individual and store level KPIs Has a strong knowledge of products Schedule Full time, ~40+ hours/week Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Store Discount at all Wagner's locations Simple IRA Flex Spending Account Cell phone stipend PTO Quarterly bonus when KPIs are met or exceeded Requirements Understands or has the ability to learn Excel, POS system, and other technologies as needed Ability to gain strong knowledge of products Highschool diploma required Some college education preferred Previous experience leading people is preferred Previous customer-facing sales experience is preferred
