reviews $18•$20 an hour•Full-time Assistant Manager ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Support order flow during busy periods. Delegate tasks and coordinate team priorities. Monitor COGS, labor, and waste; address issues as needed. Assist with inventory management and product availability. Provide shift coverage and operational support when necessary. Complete store runs, will-call pickups, and other logistical needs. Watch and implement relevant corporate training/webinars. Leadership & Team Development Train, coach, and mentor shift leads and team members. Support onboarding and development of new hires. Address performance and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly. Foster a positive team culture and recognize employee achievements. Conduct weekly meetings and support one-on-one coaching sessions. Scheduling & Performance Assist with staff scheduling and labor management. Track operational goals and performance metrics. Analyze labor, waste, and product costs to improve profitability. Support quarterly reviews, goal setting, and performance follow-ups. Hiring & Compliance Participate in interviews and provide hiring feedback. Maintain interview and performance documentation. Assist with audits, bonus tests, and company compliance standards. Marketing & Growth Create and communicate Limited Time Offer (LTO) promotions. Collaborate with Shelby on new drink concepts and menu development. Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward new ideas to improve operations and guest experience. Problem Solving Identify operational challenges and develop solutions. Support struggling employees through coaching and accountability. Help ensure smooth, efficient store operations at all times.
Pay:
$18.00•$20.00 per hour
