Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, dependable, organized, and knows how to bring people together while keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Oversee daily clinic operations and support both front office and clinical teams Help create a positive, team oriented culture focused on patient care and employee support Coach, guide, and empower employees while maintaining accountability Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational problem solving Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience and clinic performance Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments Help maintain an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed What We're Looking For Strong management and communication skills Someone who leads by example and works well with all personality types Ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast paced environment Healthcare, customer service, or clinic experience is a plus Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred, but not required 2 to 5 years of supervisory, leadership, or operations experience preferred Healthcare, clinic, customer service, or fast paced operational experience is a plus
