About Super Star Car Wash Super Star Car Wash is an industry leading provider of car wash, detail, and lubrication services across Arizona, California, Texas, and Colorado. The Opportunity Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership . Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills. What You'll Do Lead Operations Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness Coach and Develop Teams Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability Uphold Safety & Brand Standards Model company values and enforce policies and procedures Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards Rotational Leadership Focus Areas
- To support leadership development, Shift Managers rotate through the following focus areas: People & Staffing Leadership
- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance Sales & Training Leadership
- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps Operations & Tunnel Leadership

Compensation:
