Company DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 319 N Litchfield Rd location in Goodyear, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining a positive shopping environmentLead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer serviceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsManage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandiseHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssist in training and developing new team membersParticipate in creating and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfactionPerform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocolsMaintain a clean and organized store appearanceCollaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and objectivesJob DescriptionDemonstrated leadership acumen with a proven ability to effectively guide and motivate team membersExceptional customer service proficiency and a commitment to delivering superior customer experiencesAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsProven analytical and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environmentsSuperior time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and essential computer applicationsSubstantial experience in retail or customer service sectors is highly preferredMust be {18} years of age or olderComprehensive understanding of retail management principles and customer service best practicesWillingness and ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical capacity to remain standing for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 25 poundsMeticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilitiesDemonstrated adaptability in managing shifting priorities and fluctuating workloadsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
