Multiple Six Figures for Top Performers About Us We are a rapidly growing, high-performance cosmetic clinic specializing in advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments and transformational client experiences. This is not a traditional med spa position. We are building an elite sales team designed around one thing: results. Our marketing systems generate a consistent flow of warm, consultation-booked clients every single day. Our estheticians focus on delivering an incredible experience and building trust with the client — your role is to step in, conduct the consultation, create the treatment plan, and close the sale. Our average package ranges from $3,500-$8,000+, with many clients financing treatments through CareCredit and other financing partners. Top closers in this role have the opportunity to earn exceptional income. Compensation Arizona minimum wage hourly base Massive uncapped commission structure Start at 14% commission on every sale Top performers can increase to 17% commission Average package: $5,000

Example:

$5,000 sale = $700-$850 commission 3 sales/day can equal $2,100+ daily commission High-performing closers can realistically earn multiple six figures annually We are looking for highly motivated, performance-driven individuals who thrive in a sales environment. What You'll Be Doing Conduct in-depth consultations with warm leads Build emotional connection and trust with clients Identify insecurities, goals, and desired outcomes Present customized treatment plans and financing options Close high-ticket treatment packages Handle objections confidently and professionally Work closely with estheticians and front desk staff Maintain CRM notes and follow-up systems Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Why This Role Is Different No cold calling No lead generation required Warm consultation-booked clients provided daily Estheticians help prepare and build trust before the consultation Proven systems already in place High average ticket prices Financing options available for clients Real opportunity to earn $10K-$30K+ per month This is a true closer role for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment. Schedule & Availability Requirements Clinic hours are Sunday through Friday Typical shift: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Position requires availability for 4-6 days per week Candidates must have flexibility and availability to work up to 6 days weekly based on clinic demand and performance This is a full-time, in-person sales role in a fast-paced, high-performance clinic environment. REQUIRED
