Store Manager - New Store Opening | Scottsdale, AZ | Women's Contemporary About the Role Our client, a contemporary women's brand is opening a new location in the Scottsdale market and is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of the boutique. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on sales, client experience, team development, and operational execution .What You'll Do Lead from the front on the sales floor, driving results through an elevated and personalized client experience Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals Build and develop a loyal client base through relationship-building and client outreach initiatives Oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and daily processes Manage financial components such as scheduling, expense control, and overall store performance Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture Partner cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives and ensure brand consistency Who You Are5+ years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive results A hands-on leader who thrives in a client-facing, sales-driven environment Passionate about team development, coaching, and building strong store culture Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorties Flexible to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
