Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of retail operations within our organization. This role is vital in driving sales, managing teams, optimizing store performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Business Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. Duties Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations Oversee inventory management, including stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and inventory audits Drive sales growth by implementing marketing strategies, promotional activities, and upselling techniques Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction Supervise cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering activities with accuracy Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Requirements Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and payroll processing Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and store management software Ability to train staff on customer service excellence, sales techniques, and operational procedures Proficiency in budgeting, sales management, marketing initiatives, and store merchandising practices Join us as a Business Manager to inspire your team, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to our vibrant retail community!
