You'll ensure safety standards, train staff, manage schedules, and help grow the store's profitability. What You'll Do As Assistant Store Manager Deliver friendly, helpful customer service Support safety and environmental standards Lead and coach team members Manage schedules, paperwork, and inventory Build vendor and customer relationships Step in as Manager on Duty when needed Operate in indoor/outdoor industrial environments Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
