Ice cream & Coffeehouse Team Member

Job Overview Join our vibrant team as an Ice Cream & Coffeehouse Team Member and become the heart of a lively, customer-focused café environment! We are seeking employees for either Full- time or Part- time and have both Mid-shift and Evening closing hours available. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service by preparing and serving delicious ice cream treats and expertly crafted coffee beverages. Your enthusiasm, efficiency, and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for every guest. Whether you're taking orders, handling cash, or maintaining a clean and welcoming space, your energy will help us serve up happiness with every scoop and sip! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors, toppings, and coffee options with enthusiasm Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Prepare high-quality coffee drinks, smoothies, and food items following established recipes and food safety standards Serve customers efficiently while managing multiple tasks like taking orders, ringing up sales, and providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food preparation activities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, especially familiarity with coffee preparation techniques Experience with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices in a food service environment Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours We'd love for you to join us if you're passionate about providing exceptional service, quality food, in a friendly & fast paced atmosphere!

Pay:

$15.15 - $17.50 per hour
