Show Low The Consume by Sunday Goods Retail Team is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented and proven leader to join our family and bring the Consume by Sunday Goods brand experience to life as General Manager of our Show Low location. The GM will lead a team of Managers and Associates and is responsible for leading all execution as it relates to hiring, talent development, driving the business, compliance, merchandising and day in/day out operations. This leader will implement and execute directives from the VP of Retail and will oversee daily operations while providing a best in class experience!

Requirements:

Proactively collects patient feedback, using the feedback to implement new product offerings Leads a culture of training that creates authentic, credible and best in class experience for our patients Takes ownership of the analysis and dissemination of business reporting, leading the team(s) on the formulation of strategies to best serve the growth of the organization Provides cross functional leadership, embracing and inspiring teams using the lens of the company's vision Creates long term/annual plans for all team members, reporting on the progress of those plans Drives brand initiatives and sales promotions; identifying trends and opportunities to define process and procedure improvement Partners closely with the Director of Retail and others to oversee the financial planning, systems and controls related to dispensary operations, including the budgets and forecasts Performs cadence audits to drive customer satisfaction and consistent in-store experiences Oversees hiring and training of in store managers Attends and communicates at meetings with Green Thumb Management's C Suite Executives, as requested Coordinates with internal teams, including Marketing, to implement promotions, coupons and new branding initiatives Oversees in-store maintenance, bank deposits, cash handling activities and ATM servicing Manages inventory accuracy with cycle audits and full inventory counts The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the "Act") stipulates that candidate must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a high-paced retail environment Familiarity with the Phoenix, AZ market is strongly desired Strong leadership, interpersonal communication (verbal & written) and team building skills is required Ability to navigate the technical landscape, using various custom computer applications/programs is necessary Intermediate to proficient skill using Microsoft Office programs, with an aptitude to learn modern technologies Must be 21 years of age or older with a current valid Arizona Driver's license is required Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening Able to work structured hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays This position is contingent on candidate's ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance to obtain required
